The Mason City Public Library will again offer Federal tax forms and instruction booklets as a service to the public beginning in January of 2013. Since the availability of some tax products is impacted by pending congressional action, please note that instruction booklets may arrive weeks after tax forms are available this year. We will have displays of available forms near the front entrances in the Commons area and near the Main Desk. If you cannot find what you need, we can download and print forms for $.20 per page. If you have internet access, you may go to the IRS website at www.irs.gov and click on Forms & Pubs to print out forms you need.
As a reminder, the Iowa Department of Revenue (IDR) no longer automatically mails paper income tax forms and instruction booklets to individuals. You may visit the IDR website to view or print forms or view electronic options at: www.iowa.gov/tax/forms/loadform.html
MCPL will offer a limited supply of Iowa paper forms and instructions when available or will print one for you for $.20 per page.
We apologize for any inconvenience in the delay of the shipping of these products. You may contact the library at 641.421.3668 or email email@example.com with questions.
