Federal Unemployment Information 
If you've become unemployed through no fault of your own, or under certain eligibility requirements as outlined by state law, you qualify for unemployment benefits. This site covers those benefits and how to apply for them.

IowaWORKS is here to assist you in your employment search, advancement in your current career or supporting you in the development of a new or different career. They have a several quality workshops and the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) available to IowaWORKS members at no cost. Their workshops cover topics including job seeking, identifying your skills, interviewing, effective applications, resumes and more.
